After a long time, our association was again able to organize one of its events. On Saturday, June 26th The evening in the village was a nice spice after many months of strict epidemiological measures. We were impressed by the Zvon quartet, which "transformed" into a quintet, and Marta Smole with her sketch.

After the introductory song of the Zvon quartet, the visitors were greeted by the president of the association Lojze Senčar. The singers were in a good mood and they too expressed great joy to be able to perform again. The event was briefly attended by Mayor dr. Tadej Malovrh, who praised the members of the association for reviving the tradition of socializing under the village linden tree, which is already extinct.

This year's novelty was a sketch written and played by member Marta Smole. It was fun to listen to and watch the daughter-in-law come to the farm in the old days, toil to get the blisters and quarrel with her mother-in-law, who didn’t even have a good birch broom.

 In the end, the new member Tanja added her voice to the quartet and the folk tunes sounded even more colorful. After the official performance of the quartet / quintet, the president of TD Turjak Danijela Gruden took her accordion. We were also listened her at the previous evenings of this kind. First, they all sang something together, then she continued with home songs. Visitors left in a good mood and with full stomachs.
